Core Responsibilities
Supervision: Monitor active firing lines to enforce safety rules and correct unsafe handling.
Briefings: Give safety orientations and rules briefings to new shooters and guests.
Inspections: Check range facilities, targets, and equipment before and after use.
Malfunctions: Handle or assist with firearm stoppages and clear malfunctions safely.
Emergencies: Respond to on-range medical or safety emergencies following proper protocols.
Training and Certification
Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Coursework: Complete a 9-hour classroom and practical course covering rules, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
Testing: Pass a written exam with a score of 90% or higher.
